A girl named Lauren has nothing. Her mother just passed, and when her lawyer comes by to tell her that she has been left nothing in her will, she breaks down. She calls her boyfriend Adam, who has been helping her get back on her feet for some time now, to tell him that she doesn’t want to live anymore. She is about to kill herself, when someone stops her. The Devil. He tells her that if she does him a favor, she can have the life of her dreams. If not, she will die. Without asking what he wants of her, she says yes. The next day, she is told by the devil to kill a man who is a drug dealer. She does as he commands. Meanwhile, Adam is on his way home from work. He sees a commotion across the street, and goes to see what it is. He walks over to see his father on the floor, with the knife Lauren used to kill him placed neatly next to him. He goes to Lauren’s house where The Devil places the same knife, so Adam will find out. They argue, and Adam leaves in anger. The next day, Lauren is told to kill Adam. Together, they use the power of pure love to stop him, and realize how much value each of their lives have.
