Lt. Micah Isaacson has spent his career fighting against the Arabs, now he must come to grips with a new reality, that the wounded heart that once beat in his chest has been replaced… with an Arab one. While recovering, he pushes his nurse to reveal the circumstance and identity of his heart donor—her brother, an idealistic young Palestinian whose ambition was to heal the wounds of his people. Upon returning to active duty deep in the Gaza Strip, a fellow soldier violently threatens a terrified Palestinian prisoner.
