Mary encounters a strange woman in the parking lot, and soon after starts experiencing abdominal pains. She runs to the bathroom and begins to insert a tampon, but discovers she is bleeding profusely. Before she can process the gore, she goes into convulsions. She reaches between her legs and realizes she has - somehow - given birth to an unnatural child. Immediately, the woman from the parking garage barges into the stall, knocking Mary to the floor. The woman grabs the screaming child, rips the umbilical cord from Mary, and exits as she bites through the other end of the cord. Mary is left to bleed out in the stall. |
