Details:

An old militant of the Socialist Party of the South East discusses his experience along with Felipe Carrillo Puerto and the resistance league movement in Yucatán, México, during the 20’s. The film is actually an effort to re-capture the environment (soon to disappear) of the Mayan society, and how it had to adapt in order to be inserted in the current society. The film features Mr. Clotilde Cob Mesh, an old patriarch/chieftain of the town of Yaxcabá, who collaborated with and was filmed by the producers for more than a year. The film was made in the State of Yucatán, México.
