A mother has to face the reality and possibility of losing her daughter who is in a coma. She fights with her emotions and tries to intimately communicate with her non-responsive daughter but no words come out. She appears exhausted from staying day to night in the hospital by her daughter’s bedside. As she falls asleep next to her daughter, we enter the subconscious mind of the daughter and a beautifully choreographed contemporary dance is played out in heaven. She meets her dead sister, and has to make a difficult decision to stay in heaven or wake up. |
