Aaisaheb is very rude and money minded women her rudeness towards her daughter in law Vachche is known to everyone and none want to give their daughter to younger son Pardeep.Aaisaheb blindly trusts her son in law Balasaheb who wants to trick her wealth and marry Pardeep with women of his choice Kesarbai.Pradeep studies in Pune and lives with friend Popat and falls in love with Durga her father Santajirao to objects to marry Durga in their house after he sees Aaisaheb’s rude nature.Pardeep then decides to live separately with Durga and marries secretly without wishes of Aaisaheb.Durga then returns to Pradeep’s house and sees how Aaisaheb ill treats Vacche and stands for her ,she also finds how Balasaheb is tricking Aaisaheb and warns her against him.But she feels Durga wants to take charge of the house.
