Made and released in 1940 (and not 1941) this was the first of eight-proposed patriotic shorts made by Max and Arthur Alexander. It deals with how the American constitution came into being in 1776, and emerged as an immortal document by America’s founding fathers. THe picture’s dialogue is made up of excerpts from authentic documents. |
