Mr. McCloud is concerned about the response time of the police department and sheriff. After discussing the situation with his staff, he decides to certify them with a conceal and carry certificate and training with use of Deadly Force. Coach St. Clair (played by newcomer Jason Connell) a former Marine Segeant takes on the task of training the staff. Mr. McCloud has hurtles to jump before he gets the green light from the super-intendant of schools. The training comes just in time to prevent a mass killing. |
