John Boatner, after struggling as a musician in Memphis, Tennessee for over 34 years, decides to take a spiritual journey to Seattle, Washington. In order to make the trip, John, age 72, must discard all of his accumulated possessions which include family heirlooms and a house. In the process of his departure, John re-connects with his two sons and says goodbye to a city that has done him as much harm as good. |
