CBS has announced these 12 participants selected for its Drama Diversity Casting Initiative. The 12 were chosen from a nationwide search from over 10,000 submissions. Out of those 10,000 submissions, there were 450 call-backs, resulting in 12 actors traveling to Los Angeles for a network screen test for CBS’s current series, upcoming pilots and beyond. The initiative, which is part of the CBS Diversity Institute, is designed to provide opportunities for underrepresented talent across the country, including areas with limited access to industry professionals. |
