A ferry captain’s daughter falls in love with a universtiy student from Seoul. He invites her to come live in his house with his parents while he studies abroad. When of his relatives frames her for theft and she is arrested. When she is released, she returns to her father’s home, gives birth, and dies. When her husband returns, he takes the baby from the ferry captain and returns to Seoul. |
