A tribute to the work of Carl Zimmermann. Carl had a wide-ranging genius. He produced an astonishing amount of poetry, paintings, stories, lithographs drawings and sculpture during his all-too-short life. Carl’s heartfelt words, set to the beautiful music of Steve Ewert and recorded by the band, California Zephyr, is combined here with award-winning film-maker Warren Haack’s awesome nature photography of the High Sierra of California. It is a record of a place that few people will ever experience. |
