A selfish and hedonistic King encounters the embodiment of nature in a prophetic dream, a delicate Flower who reveals to him a promising pilgrimage to a better land. Upon waking the King journeys across the barren plains of his Kingdom to find not only her, but the key to happiness he believes she may hold. Unfortunately, the polluted nature of man has tainted not only the landscape, but also those who walk upon it; The Flower may need his help as much as he needs hers. Uniting together, the two ascend a perilous mountain range, journeying to the source of nature and serenity in the sky: the Splendor Solis. The King must learn to overcome his selfishness, care for another being and in doing so learn where happiness truly lies.
