Janus highlights the dangers threatening the magnificent buildings, civic architecture and urban environment, both ancient and modern, of Europe. The film demonstrates that our architectural heritage is as much at the mercy of citizens as of architects, planners and government departments. It illustrates the dangers to our physical environment, not only to the wonders of the past, but to the heritage we leave to the future. |
