Avinash Ghatpande, who works as a senior accountant, is married to Asavari, and has two children, elder daughter Rajat and younger son Chintan. On his 50th birthday, Rajat announces that she is getting married to one Utpal Ramani, son of a rich businessman. A furious Avinash, expresses his denial at this alliance.
