A Colombian ex-mobster named Ezequiel is released from a 3-year jail sentence, much to the surprise of his wife, Amparo. After sensing an oddness about his home, he goes in search of some emeralds that some shady people asked him to keep safe in his home. When he finds them missing from their strategic hiding place, he begins his quest to retrieve them, coming face-to-face with betrayal, menace and the shadows of his dangerous past. |
