In the future, 14 year old boys are drafted into the army. However, before this is done two 14 year old boys being drafted must fight each other in a house to prove their worthiness and strength. The man who is in charge of all of this is the general. The movie starts out in the house with an intro to John Sands and how his character becomes conscience of the situation and is ready to take action. His character is calm, cool, collected, but corrupt, rich, and arrogant. Then the movie introduces John’s opponent, Thomas Smith. His character is a balls to the wall type of guy, always paranoid, lower class, lazy, nervous but determined to win and survive. Then Thomas hears footsteps upstairs. Then he says to John to come out and put your hands on your head. John refuses, ducks, and an action shootout scene breaks out. The end result is John escaping into the big room upstairs and Tom escaping back downstairs into the guest room. Then after a five minute breather, the scene turns to John who is looking to kill Tom. In that time there is suspense and tension building. After Tom hears the footsteps he goes and checks out what is going on. Then they meet up eventually in the family room, point their guns at each other and have an argument. The end result is an angry shootout in the living room. After the shootout is finished Tom sprints to the front door, unlocks it, and a foot chase ensues. The foot chase is extended all the way to Nautilus park where a vicious fistfight takes place. The result is both John and Tom are very well beaten up to the edge of death. Then the General arrives in a van, steps out and sarcastically claps in front of John and Tom. The General then shoots John. The General helps Tom up and complements him. Tom then rejects the General’s complements and starts to cry. He then explains how he actually didn’t take pride in fighting John. Then the General says that the only way to solve this is to fight. Tom first takes out both of the General’s bodyguards then he fights the General. The result is Tom winning the fight, dropping the grenade, walking toward the camera and saying “Hastalavista You Son of a _!” Then the grenade explodes in the back round killing the General. The film wraps up by having Tom meet up with his parents (who think he is dead) five years later.
