Heiress Virginia Craig is in love with Monty, a working man. The men who are managing Virginia’s affairs are determined to break up the relationship, out of fear that they will lose control of her estate when she comes of age. As part of their plan, they hire a gang of thugs to stage an assault on Virginia, and then blame it on Monty. Virginia refuses to believe the accusation, and she turns to Monty for protection, leading to a chaotic and hazardous chase. |
