Phantom and Phoenix are professional hackers that are part of a secret organization that serves justice to dirty corporations and politicians. By breaking into banking systems, social networks, and government agencies, they strive to make the world better by exposing corruption and conspiracy. Their identities are revealed after they hack into a personal account of a governor who is laundering money. The governor wants to get the money back and get rid of them before it shows up in the public eye.
