Pierce (Twenty 25) has gotten himself involved in a long-term, monotonous relationship. When girlfriend, Gwen asks Pierce to make a major commitment that he is not ready for, they end the relationship on uncertain terms. Pierce moves back in with his mother and attempts to move on. Although his mother tries to re invigorate him to move forward the only thing that is able to motivate Pierce is the takeout delivery girl, Marina who shows up at his doorstep. Pierce becomes addicted to the vivaciousness of Marina and the spontaneity of his new relationship. However a confrontation between Pierce, Gwen and Marina leads to the announcement of life changing news, making Pierce have to decide if he should return to the safe tidings of a life with Gwen or embrace an uncertain future with Marina.
