Mystery on Main Street is a black and white film noir by high school students Gus Fisher and Matt Marchese. It begins when hard boiled private eye Pat McSweeney is hired by femme fatale Miss Barbara Taylor to crack the case of a jewelry theft. During his investigation, McSweeney comes across suspicious plumbers John and Clyde Baker and equally suspicious evidence such as a mysterious cut on Clyde’s hand, records indicating that Clyde has a criminal past, and window that was set up to make it look like there was a break-in when it turns out that the theft was actually an inside job. As the investigation goes on, McSweeney begins to realize that everything is not what it appears to be on Main Street…
