Williams Naranjo, director of The Kiss, is in pre-production for his upcoming short film A New Civilization. Based on Venezuelan presidential elections. During the 2013 Venezuelan Elections Maduro against Capriles a group of volunteers are wrapping up after the election day. A group of officers stops them with a warrant to take the votes from them. The volunteers defy the officers not wanting to let go of the votes. Now, the volunteers are presented between doing the right or wrong decisions. |
