The attorney Selim has two twin daughters called Yildiz and Mehtap. In order not to confuse them, he has their names tattooed on their shoulders. One day, when Yildiz goes swimming with her nanny, she gets kidnapped by the pickpocket Sacakli Raziye. The family finds the nanny drowned without any sign from the girl. Yildiz, now called Hacer, is raised among the thieves together with another abducted boy named Omer. Mehtap enters college. For his news story, the journalist Orhan uses Yildiz and Omer to steal his wallet. Yildiz falls in love with Orhan, though Omer wants to marry her but she doesn’t. Raziye is in jail. Yildiz is wanted too. They arrest Mehtap for Yildiz. Yildiz takes Mehtap’s place, who wants to get engaged to Orhan. Raziye released from jail tells Omer that the girls are sisters. Omer tells everything the police and all the truth is revealed on their engagement. Selim saves now his daughter from getting prisoned. Yildiz and Omer make marriage plans.
