The film follows the life of a 15 year old girl named Dee. Dee makes a common mistake undertaken by many teens and sends an inappropriate photo of herself to her boyfriend. These photos become public and are quickly distributed via a social networking site and possibly wider. The film centres on Dee as her emotions unfold as she is helped by her alter ego to come to terms with the consequences of their actions. They discuss the cyberbullying she is subjected to, the shame and embarrassment of her friends and family finding out, her future and finally the possible legal implications. Together they find solutions and work out where to go for help and advice. |
