This film is a profile of Erma Johnson Hadley, Chancellor of Tarrant County College District, the first woman and first African American chancellor of TCC. The film shows how Chancellor Hadley grew up in the small southeast Texas town of Leggett in the era of legal segregation and then became a teacher and administrator at TCC for over 40 years. She dedicated her life and career to changing lives through education. |
