This is a BEAUTIFUL action movie. Do not let the critics sway you. I thoroughly enjoyed it. 8/10
I can handle the female general. I can handle the outright acceptance of a foreigner into Chinese ranks (despite the fact that Chinese have never accepted foreigners into their military). I can even handle the demon warriors, but glass in ancient China? They used paper! That’s just too much.
lol yeah, we better keep it historically accurate when we show the army of supra-intelligent demon dragon-beasties from the planet Zyborgh 7 that crash landed in northern China and were the real reason the wall was built lmao… c’mon, seriously? Glass was the one historically unacceptable storytelling faux pas? lol allright… ;)
Lol. Yeah, Mongolian warriors and ancient feudal warring had nothing to do with the wall being built! (he… he… he…). I lost count of all the faux pas and was laughing all the way through it.
Ha ha yep. Very entertaining movie tho… I had a great time watching it for sure. I’d still highly recommend it to anyone who likes these larger than life epic fantasy/ tied into real history type of tales… Hollywood grandeur at its best!
