Honestly think this was one of the best (of the recent, if not all) WW2 movies I have seen so far, and considering my age, that’s saying something. I was watching something else, and was right disappointed in it, and made a comment about it, and someone suggested this if I wanted something that had a good dose of realism. And that it did…

Glad you liked it! I’m someone who lived through a civil war in former Yugoslavia and this is the only film that successfully described that feeling of dread and hopelessness.
