Jeet Kune Do (The way of the intercepting fist) is the art, the way of life and self defense martial arts system developed by Bruce Lee in 1967. Early footage shows and explains how Lee created his unique system from scratch, by implementing certain elements from Tai Chi, western boxing, fencing, Wing Chung and Tom Toi. The philosophy and guided thoughts behind Jeet Kune Do are explored and separates itself from the more traditionally martial arts. |
