A young couple move into a small town and are unwelcome due to them being less fortunate. Years later they have a son, and a tragic fire destroys their home. They miraculously survive, but with disfiguring scars.They are forced to wear paper bags over their heads in order to hide the burns of their past. Now, years later and the boy is in High School getting picked on. What happens next in this approximately 21-minute production is a journey of wacky horror, symbolism and analogy, with its destination set within the realms of ‘anyone with an open mind.’ A fire has been lit, and everyone will burn. |
