Michael Huston, a young lawyer, tries to have a business meeting with an unsuspecting client using his cell phone while waiting for a bus. He attempts to do all that he can to convince the client he is the right lawyer for the job, though in reality he’s scamming her for every dime he can get. Sonny, a bright, optimistic, young man with groceries in his arm, opens his apartment door and is surprised by a sultry female in lingerie greeting him. He grows nervous because his girlfriend is due to arrive any minute. Robert is having a heartfelt conversation with his best friend about being a failure. They sit on the curb by the street chatting and sipping beers. |
