Jay is a drug dealer. He is unhappy with the way things are going in his life, mainly his career path, and wants out of his current situation. ‘Rare’ is the events leading up to the final 15 minutes of his drug dealing career. Through a deal he films with a junkie, to an inspiring interaction with a girl at the local video store, ending on his final confrontation with his boss where Jay tells him he’s quitting. |
