King Homeboy is devoted to his art of beat boxing and has risen from a busker to a local hero, becoming a prominent figure in his home town. Years of performing on the streets and the local stage have propelled King Homeboy toward national recognition, but it is the international stage that he dreams of. When an opportunity arises to showcase his talents on the world stage in Berlin, King Homeboy is faced with his greatest challenge yet. This film follows King Homeboy’s journey, over two years, from the streets of Wellington, New Zealand to the international stage.
