A Frenchman comes to America in search of inspiration for his poetry, and finds American culture to be easy, free and fascinating. Amidst his new found enthusiasm to write, he frequents a restaurant where one day he is struck with the existence of a woman more powerful than he can explain. He becomes infatuated with her presence searching to find her identity as he becomes consumed with this profound American obsession. |
