Details:

This Traveltalks visit to Maryland spends the majority of its time in Annapolis, the capital city and home of the U.S. Naval Academy. In addition to seeing naval midshipmen on parade, we visit the campus of St. John’s College and look at the different styles of architecture used for the state government buildings. Then it’s off to Baltimore and a visit to Fort McHenry. It was here that Francis Scott Key, viewing the bombardment of the fort by the British, was inspired to write the “The Star Spangled Banner”.
