Momo, a lonely and troubled puppeteer with pedophilia inclinations, communicates solely through his hand puppets. He seeks help and acceptance in a therapy group for social misfits lead by Sarid Yuval, a maverick psychologist who rejects all categories of social abnormality. Momo at first keeps his secret to himself, but the comfort of the group together with Momo’s evident success in communicating with Sarid’s young daughter who suffers a speech impediment, encourages his optimism and trust in the group.
