Caramel tell the story of a young Chinese girl (Sihui) who suffers mental and physical abuse from her boyfriend (Eric) who is temperamental and sweet at the same time. But despite sharing such a strange and violent relationship with him, Sihui still finds herself drawn towards Eric. However when she begins to suspect that he may be having a affair, Sihui becomes increasingly withdrawn and isolated. |
