The film is about Sarah, a young girl intimidated and confused by her self-destructive and bad-tempered grandfather. During her weekly visits they sit together in silence, the only moment they share is when her grandfather allows her to choose a sweet from a tin he keeps under his armchair. It is only after Grandpa’s death, that Sarah makes a discovery that shows her a whole different side to her Grandfather that Sarah never knew. |
