In 1992 the Rostock riots and violent outbursts of a mob of 5000 in the north German town of Rostock shocked a worldwide TV-audience and led the attention to a new German problem: neo-Fascism had become a serious problem. The film shows the investigation of the incidents through a commission of enquiry build in the parliament in the town of Schwerin. |
