LoveTrips tells the stories of people that have to travel to keep their love alive. It’s a documentary on 12 couples involved in romantic long distance relationships across modern Europe, a testimony to human defiance of differences and distance. The narrative is achieved through interviews and expressionistic portrays, converging n a multifaceted exposition of experiences that ultimately result in a chorus of views that speak with one voice. It recounts the story of love: from the bliss of finding each other, the discoveries, the misunderstandings, the routine, the crisis and ultimately the rebirth at a more mature level. |
