Hodkinson G. “Hod” Pogglebrewer is anxious to make a good impression on businessman Mr. Bass. The businessman really wanted a young, charming salesman who would be persuasive with female customers, so Hod gets the job by claiming to be a ladies’ man. This only confirms the suspicions of his sister-in-law and worries his wife. When his car door accidentally rips the dress off Mr. Bass’s wife Fifi, she hides in the back seat and Hod takes off on a hair-raising ride. Everybody converges on Fifi’s apartment, with Hod doing his best to get out of the way. |
