A young man hides out in the woods surrounding Stockholm, only visiting the city when he’s off finding food. While living here he tells of his late grandpa. A man he has fond memories of, looks highly up to, but that everyone else seems to have forgotten. This raises the question; If this war hero, respected by his community can fade away so quickly, what does it matter what he does? Why can’t he then live his life forever as the child who once used to climb mountains with his best friend. Always vary of the outside world, he fears that he one day will slip into civilization and become just another wheel in the machinery. |
