This satirical mock documentary examines the unique relationship of man and plant from a variety of standpoints: friends, family, experts, activists, fellow Planters. Even the rookie documentarist can’t help but get in over his head after chronicling the unlikely pair’s bumpy journey and ultimate fate. The couple’s intimate connection calls into question what society considers normal, natural, acceptable, valuable…and reminds us, in the words of one of Greg’s fellow Planters, ‘True love never stops growing.’
