Should mandatory sterilization be considered when a man has 22 children with 11 women and the state is paying $7,500 a month in social services to the mom’s? Is letting a man endlessly create more children fair to tax payers when he can’t support even one child? This documentary promotes vasectomies to men who don’t take care of the children they already have. |
