When Troy Devine, a soldier returning home from Iraq and suffering from PTSD syndrome, encounters a vagrant on a subway train, it changes his life forever. The vagrant is actually a fellow soldier who also served but during the Vietnam War. This Vietnam Veteran teaches Troy what it means to be truly “welcomed home.” |
