A traveling circus comes to town, and Felix attends—not because he likes the circus, but because he’s hungry and is looking for some food to steal. He manages to filch some hot dogs from the hot-dog stand, and the owner gives chase. An unexpected twist results in both Felix and the owner becoming stars in the circus. |
