Universal’s series entry in the audience participation-singalong shorts, in which the Bouncing Ball was usually more animated than the live performers providing the music. Hank Ranch and his Kernels of Korn Band (a cross between ‘Spike Jones’ and his City Slickers, and The Hoosier Hotshots, with a wide gap in talent from those two groups) do the music playing on numbers such as: “It’s Above the Adam’s Apple” - “Why Did I Teach My Girl to Drive” - “Little Sir Echo” and “I’ll See You in My Dreams.” |
