5/5 ..most of us know that Full Metal Jacket was the Best war movie 11 years! ..until this came,and today 24 years later, in 2022 this is still the Best! Kinga miss you.. Not fitting in dont make you a coward or a bully..just in the wrong company. )..platoon was the just the poster.dont remeber much else from it.
so i take it you have never seen platoon cleaned up at the Oscars and academy awards came out in 1986 ( 38 years ago) and still regarded as the best war movie ever and a whole lot better than full metal jacket by far, my opinion along with millions and millions of others i mite quote 😊

As a 15 year old Navy Corp man (medic) my father in-law was on this beach, Iwo Jima, and several others over 4 years. He told me this looked like 5% of the carnage that day. I wish he was still alive !
