It appears mysteriously in places where it will be found by unsuspecting individuals who will use this talking board with disastrous results! Though it tends to change hands frequently, the board actually does have an owner; a demon, played by Jeff Cooper, who, through the talking board, answers questions and grants wishes; wishes that many will wish they had never made!
