After a practical joke takes a wrong turn, eight-year-old Angelique is separated from her parents in the wilderness of a large and densely wooded national park. Forced to fend for herself against the elements, she faces her fears and discovers her inner strength. Overnight, as Angelique navigates one frightening obstacle after another, she learns the importance of honesty; and more importantly, Angelique, and her parents, get a better understanding of the value of family in this modern day re-imagining of Aesop’s famous fable, “The Boy Who Cried Wolf”. |
