Speakeasy Supper-Club explores the culinary adventures of PushStart Kitchen in Atlanta, Georgia. Created by chef Zach Meloy and his wife Cristina, PushStart is a private supper club that is quickly becoming a food phenomenon in the Atlanta area. Serving one table of ten people a night, 2 nights a week, the couple creates a dining experience that is not only inspired, but exquisite. Zach refers to PushStart Kitchen as a ‘southern speakeasy serving the world, ten people at a time.’ Having spent years in the typical restaurant industry, Zach and Cristina started PushStart with a desire to spend more time together doing the things they love. PushStart is the manifestation of their desire to serve great food, in a unique setting, under their own terms. |
